Arnout Terpstra has worked for SURF since 2013. As a product manager within the Trust & Identity team, he commits himself to translating the often complex field of identification, authentication and authorisation into useful and usable services. In addition, he is working on a PhD on how interface design can help users reflect more on privacy issues.
