I’m a backend engineer interested in decentralization and allowing people to control their own privacy. I started studying computer science because I enjoy solving challenges and fixing problems. When the Cambridge Analytica data scandal broke I was shocked and I started getting more and more interested in privacy, digital ownership and believing people should have control over their own data. That is why I joined Empathy.co where after working on my thesis project, OHMYPOD!, I became part of the team working on the MyAccount project that enables customers to have control over their search and purchase data.
