Isabelle de Zegher, MD, MS, is Founder of b!loba, focusing on health data sharing solutions. She is an active member of MyData and the co-lead of the MyData4Pandemic working group. Isabelle used to be Vice President, Integrated Solutions at PAREXEL Informatics, focusing on Big Data, Data Standards, AI and digital solutions. She worked for 25 years in pharma clinical development including PAREXEL, Novartis, UCB and Cap Gemini Life Sciences consulting. Before that she worked for 10 years in Health Care IT at Cap Gemini and in a Belgium SME. She has extensive experience in health information technology, data standards, data integration, semantic interoperability and application of AI in clinical research.
She chaired the EFPIA task force on EHR integration and served on the CDISC Board of Directors. She co-chaired the PhUSE – FDA CSS working group on Emerging technology and served as chair or co-chair in many conferences. She is currently member of the Board of Directors of SNOMED International, and co-leads the MyData-4-Pandemics thematic group, within MyData.
